People have written to us, asking, "How do I provide the congregation with the melody?"

Everyone uses different programs to make worship aids, and everyone chooses different Chabanel melodies, and everyone sings on different feast days. Therefore, it did not seem prudent for the Chabanel Psalms to provide custom ready worship aids.

To make your own worship aid, simply go to the Vocalist Score and use the PDF "camera" option.

Sometimes, the "camera" tool is called the "snapshot" tool.

(Incidentally, the new version of Adobe Acrobat has the Camera tool on the "Tools" pull-down menu, under Select & Zoom)

Using the camera, put a rectangle around the refrain. Then, simply paste it into whichever program you use to create your worship aids.

Also, the Chabanel Psalms were designed to be "picked up" quickly by the congregation. In most cases, it doubtful that the congregation needs to see the notes.

MAKE SURE that you are zoomed in as close as you can be when you use the camera tool, because that will make sure you get a high quality graphic.
